		abstract={This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of overconfidence and regret aversion bias on stock investment decisions among people in the city of Semarang. This research is quantitative primary data research using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling. The data used in this research were 100 respondents spread across Semarang City using an ordinal scale for their statement items. This research data processing uses SPSS version 25 software using multiple linear regression analysis methods and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research are that there is an influence between overconfidence on stock investment decisions. Meanwhile, regret aversion bias influences stock investment decisions.}
