		abstract={This reseach aimed to examine effect of financial motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The analytical method used in this research multiple linier regression analysis. The sample in this study was 50 respondents in BPR BKK Kudus. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample, namely the entire population of all employees BPR BKK Kudus. Data processing uses multiple linear regression techniques with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the t- test, the results of this study indicate motivation, work discipline and Work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance}
