PUNA technology has been widely applied for environmental and security monitoring, meteorological surveillance, weather research, agriculture, exploration and exploitation of mineral materials and even for military purposes. As for the development of PUNA, which sends goods or cargo, we still rarely find it, especially in Indonesia. In the world of agriculture and plantations, drones make it very easy for agricultural and plantation companies to monitor large areas of land, but in Indonesia itself there are still not many who have developed drones in the agricultural and plantation sections. Electrically Powered Unmanned Aircraft (PUNA) for Surveillance is an unmanned aircraft that aims to monitor extensive plantation or agricultural land and make it easier for workers to carry out surveillance. This study discusses the design of PUNA Electric for surveillance missions, the design is more emphasized in the preliminary design, the method used is the analytical method from Anderson and Raymer, namely the design begins with determining DR&O, determining weight, wing geometry, fuselage. , engine(engine), tail (Tail) and flight performance of the aircraft. The last stage is to create a 3-dimensional model of PUNA cargo using the CATIA application. The results of the unmanned aircraft design show that the aircraft has at appered wing shape with a high wing position, conventional tail, and an engine mounted with a thrust (tractor). The technical data from the design are as follows: take-off weight 9.30 lb, wing span 5.0251808873ft, aircraft length 5.845 ft, wing aspect ratio 7, stall speed of 41.010482 ft/s, total landing distance of 287.692 ft and take-off distance of 82 ft.} }
