Method reliability centered maintenance (RCM) qualitative analysis is used to recommend the most effective type of maintenance activity in terms of the form of failure. The form of failure is determined from the value of , where the value is obtained using the Weibull formula. RCM quantitative analysis for analysis related to the risk priority number (RPN) the risk of failure of a component. Based on data on failure and damage to the air cycle machine for the period January 2020 to September 2022, there were 22 cases of Boeing 737- 900ER aircraft that occurred and can be grouped into 6 failure modes using the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) method. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the value is according to the theoretical basis of Weibull Analysis, the type of failure that occurs is implicate wear out. The recommended type of treatment for this type of damage is the Time Directed (TD) category of preventive maintenance. The results of the quantitative analysis were obtained by Air Cycle Machine Stuck Can not Rotate being of the highest RPN value of 200 and this case has a frequency of up to 10 times in the time period . Based on rank value The existing RPN in this case is in the moderate category.} }
