The production process has not implemented K3 properly and there are risks and various potential hazards such as insufficient air circulation, noise, not using PPE while working can potentially cause work accidents. The results of research using the HIRARC method have obtained physical hazards of 52% (moderate) including falling off the stairs of the cane leaveller, touching a hot scale container and falling off the evaporator. Meanwhile, the potential dangers with a high risk of 34% (high) include falling from the cooking pan, getting caught in the mill and pinching the moving machine. For low-risk hazards, namely 6% (low) when exposed to lubricating oil, feet tripping on the hole and exposure to phosphoric acid. The potential dangers with an extreme level of 8% (extreme) include electrocution and exposure to SHS players.} }
