The company has a production capacity of 35,000 pcs / day, but in the production process there are still failed products produced by the company, so it is necessary to calculate the productivity of the company and then identify the factors that affect productivity. The author uses the method of Marvin E Mundel with January as the base period and then obtained the results that the partial productivity index fluctuated after being compared with the base period (100%). The highest labor productivity index was in December 2022 at 119.08% and the lowest was in July 2022 at 89.33%. For the highest care productivity index, which was in March 2022 at 95.52% and the lowest, which was in February at 76.00%. For raw material productivity, which is September at 105.90% and the lowest is July 2022 at 89.31%. For the highest energy productivity, which was in November at 111.06% and the lowest in July 2022 at 70.83. For the highest depreciation productivity, which is in November 2022 at 100.47% and the lowest, in September 2022 at 79.31%.
