This system functions on the Boeing 737-800 NG CFM56-7 engine to lubricate parts of the engine, namely the accessory drive, compressor bearings, free turbine bearings and rotating generator bearings. Failure in the lubrication system process can be seen by identifying and testing it. Normally the pressure on the oil pressure indicator is 60 psid, but the pressure on engine 2 is 62 psid. This results in a high oil procedure which can interfere with the lubrication system process. The result of high oil pressure is changing the function of the oil which aims to cool it into a heater on the engine components. There is a blockage in the oil supply tube nipple and seen from the schematic of the engine lubrication system in the oil filter section, it is blocked. So that the oil passes through the valve which causes dirt or particles to settle on the nipple of the oil supply tube. After the problem, do troubleshooting, according to the procedure from AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) and FIM (Fault Isolation Manual) with reference numbers 72-56-00-000-801-F00. Efforts were made to overcome problems that did not cause the normal lubrication of the engine system by replacing the nipple components of the oil supply tube and oil filter to return to a serviceable condition.} }
