This material is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and strong. So this material is very interesting to be tested. The research carried out in this thesis aims to determine the manufacturing process of composite materials and analysis of differences in mechanical properties of composite materials in the form of stress and modulus of elasticity in WR-100 fiberglass sandwich composites with the method of making hand lay-up but has a different fiber face angle with using tensile testing. In this study the manufacturing process was carried out first. After the curing process is completed then the cutting and testing is done using a tensile test tool. From the testing of 5 samples of composite sandwich specimens with 90? and 45? face angles, the average modulus of elasticity was 350,333 ± 52,056 MPa and the average stress value was 34,421 ± 1,589 MPa. In testing 5 sample composite sandwich specimens with 90 face and 90? face fiber angles the average modulus of elasticity was 361,607 ± 52,05560894 MPa and the average stress value was 34,809 ± 5,514 MPa. The angle of the face fibers in the direction of the tensile direction (angle of face fibers 90? and 90) gives a modulus of elasticity and a higher voltage that is equal to 11,273 MPa and 0,388 MPa than the angle of face fibers 90? and 45?.} }
