This aircraft capable to perform landing and take off vertically and flight like fix wing aircraft. Thats why the writer decide to do stability analysis when the aircraft is in cruising flight, its necessary to give more understanding about aircraft behavior in cruising flight. Numerical methods and analitical methods used with reference from Nelson?s book and Journal with related issue. The aircraft modeling is performed in XFLR 5, with geometrical data of UAV V-SKY 14 as a reference. Then the three dimensional modeled aircraft are analyzed to find its aerodynamics characteristics, followed by simulation of dynamic response. The simulation is performed on stick-fixed condition with COG value is 0.61c . The results of static stability analysis show that the value of Cma is - 0.00149, CIB is -0.0002, and CnB is 0.0025. this is show that all the value is match with static stability criteria. That?s mean the aircraft is statically stable in longitudinal, lateral and directional dimensions. Then for the result of dynamic response simulation, the analysis show that the value of characteristic roots of phugoid, short period, dutch roll and roll mode, is lying in the left side of imajinary axis. Which make V-SKY 14 is Dynamically stable in longitudinal dimensions and lateral-directional dimensions as onlu for dutch roll and roll mode. In the other hand, the value of spiral mode is lying slightly in the right side of imajinary axis. from this result, writer conclude as for spiral mode, the aircraft is unstable.} }
