In this study composites are intended for the basic ingredients of making blades. The composites used were reinforced from Sokka kebumen tile powder with polyester and fiberglass fibers with the percentage variations in the volume fraction of sokka tile powder 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% with 200 mesh particle sizes. This study aimed to identify the strength of the tensile test and SEM. The method used during the composite manufacturing process was the Hand Lay-up method or the open mold method. The results of the tensile testing obtained the highest tensile strength from the percentage fraction volume of 10% Sokka tile with a value of 43.31 MPa and the lowest tensile strength obtained from the percentage fraction of Sokka tile volume 30% with a value of 32.68 MPa. The higher the percentage fraction of the Sokka tile powder generated the lower the tensile strength of the composite itself. The result of SEM testing was there was still a side of the fiber which was not doused evenly.} }
