		abstract={The election process is a process of changing leaders in countries 
governing democratic government systems such as those implemented in 
Indonesia. Election systems in Indonesia still use the system of manua with vote 
counting or the process of collecting flares themselves still using manual systems 
so that they are vulnerable to fraud so it is necessary holding changes with the E vote or electronic voting system. Electronic voting is a voting and counting 
system that is done by means of both smartphones and the web so that it can 
minimize fraud against the voter system itself. In addition, the costs that can be 
issued may be smaller compared to manual election elections because of the costs 
that must be issued more than electronic voiting. With electronic voting, 
especially on the smartphone where Indonesia is a country with the largest use of 
smartphone.}
