MAV is an unmanned micro aerial vehicle which in this case is a type of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) but has a smaller size compared to other UAVs such as Glodberg Tiger 60, MQ-1 Predator, RQ-4 Global Hawk, RQ-3 DarkStar which of course is controlled from a distance near or far. In this study, a Micro Aerial Vehicle named MAV TSR-V1 will be made with the aim of being a medium for developing UAV or MAV systems in the university environment, especially at the Adisutjipto Technology College (STTA). The stage of making the MAV TSR-V1 begins with the process of drawing a 3-dimensional model aircraft with Computer Aided Tridimensional Integration Advance (CATIA) V5R16 software, aircraft production, and conducting flight testing. Micro Aerial Vehicle data, namely the main wing component with a fixed wing shape, has flight control elevator and rudder, Micro Brushless engine type Outrunner 2000KV (propeller 5x4). The results obtained after the production process of the MAV TSR-V1 aircraft include the Mtow value, namely the Mtow value after the addition of a payload of 102 grams. In addition, the speed value during flight testing at the cruising position with a percentage of 50%} }
