UAV technology has been widely applied for environmental and security monitoring, meteorological surveillance, weather research, agriculture, exploration and exploitation of mineral materials even for military purposes. Meanwhile, the development of UAV for sending goods or cargo is still rare, especially in Indonesia. The design of cargo UAV aircraft is a new hope in the development of UAV aircraft. This study aims to produce the design, geometry and flight performance of the cargo AUV. In this study discusses the design of UAV cargo for the mission of delivering goods with range 1500 km and payload 500 kg, the design is more emphasized in preliminary design. The method used is the analytical method from Anderson and Raymer, namely the design begins by determining the DR&O and weight, geometry of the wing, iteration, body fuselage, engine, tail and aircraft performance. The last stage in making UAV cargo modeling in 3 dimensional form using the CATIA application. The results of the unmanned aircraft design show that the aircraft has a tappered wing in a low wing position, conventional tail, engine with a thrust tractor attached. The technical data of the design results are as follows take off weight 4608 lb, wingspan 40,274 ft, aircraft length 25,6127 ft, wing aspect ratio 7, the stall speed of 85,4675 ft s, total landing distance of 1668,51 ft and take off distance of 572,017 ft.} }
