The method used is a calculation method whose calculations use the "Mathcad" software. To start the calculation, several input data parameters are needed that have been obtained from references and Garrett TPE331 engine test data. These parameters are used to determine the overall efficiency of the TPE331 turboprop engine. In calculating overall efficiency, the parameters used in the calculation are the propulsive efficiency and thermal efficiency values ??obtained from the calculation results using the equations in Jack D Matingly's book.
