		abstract={Internet nerwork is an important needs for nowadays. In the the field of networking,
YouTube uses a very large amount of bandwidth compared to other information
websites and certainly interfere with other users in accessing other websites on the
same internet stream. From TIK STTA has a one way to reduce the amount of
YouTube access on a network by limiting the amount of bandwidth to the YouTube
website. Using statistical test Paired Sample T-Test to see whether there is any
influence between before limiting with after restrictions. The result is that there is
an influence before YouTube bandwidth restrictions between after YouTube
bandwidth restrictions.}
