		abstract={Instant Messaging (IM) is a communication activity conducted over
the Internet by sending messages directly from one user to another user at
the same time (real time), and connected on the same network. IM itself is
very widely used by organizations particularly in sending information
activities meeting agenda fellow members of the organization, but IM is
used to send information about activities of the agenda of the organization
is still common because the feature group IM is used not provide features
for the notification date of meeting activities, the process of meeting
attendance. This certainly is not effectively done because of IM is used does
not have features that support these processes. In this study Organization
Chat application will run or be installed using android smartphone different
as well as checking the features that function in Organization Chat
application. The results of this study all the features work well and the
application runs on android versions above 5.1 (Lollipop).}
