Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengevaluasi kualitas manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan guru produktif seni kriya di Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Seni Budaya Yogyakarta. Analisis manajemen difokuskan pada kualitas; program, pelayanan, dan tenaga fungsional atau penatar. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah penatar (widyaiswara dan instruktur) serta peserta diklat (petatar). Objek penelitian adalah kualitas manajemen penyelenggaraan diklat guru produktif seni kriya. Langkah penelitian; identifikasi masalah, pembatasan masalah, penetapan fokus masalah, pelaksanaan penelitian, pengolahan data, dan pelaporan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dan wawancara. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan analisis matematis sederhana. Hasil penelitian; (1) kualitas program diklat produktif seni kriya berkategori sangat memuaskan (nilai rerata 93,31) dengan rincian; 2 (10%) frekuensi penilaian berkategori memuaskan dan 18 (90%) frekuensi penilaian berkategori sangat memuaskan, (2) kualitas pelayanan diklat produktif seni kriya berkategori sangat memuaskan (nilai rerata 92,42) dengan rincian; 9 (22,5%) unsur pelayanan berkategori memuaskan dan 31 (77,5%) unsur pelayanan berkategori sangat memuaskan, dan (3) kualitas tenaga fungsional atau penatar berkategori sangat memuaskan (nilai rerata 93,10), dengan catatan; nilai rerata penatar terendah pada konsentrasi keahlian kriya kayu (90,18) dan nilai rerata penatar tertinggi pada konsentrasi keahlian kriya keramik (96,21). Dilihat dari kualitas penatar; tiga penatar (12%) berkategori memuaskan dan 22 penatar (88%) berkategori sangat memuaskan. Kata kunci: BBPPMPV; manajemen; diklat; seni budaya. ABSTRACT Eko Suranto, Educational Management and Training of Productive Creative Arts Teachers at the Center for Quality Assurance Development of Vocational Arts and Culture Education in Yogyakarta: Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Ahmad Dahlan University, 2024. The aim of the study was to evaluate the quality of the management of education and training (training) for productive teachers of craft arts at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education (CDQAVE) Arts and Culture Yogyakarta. Management analysis is focused on the quality of programs, services, and instructors. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the research were trainers (widyaiswara and instructors) and trainers (instruction participants). The object of research is the quality of the management of productive teacher training in craft arts. Research step; problem identification, problem limitation, problem focus determination, research implementation, data processing, and reporting. Data collection techniques using instruments and interviews. Data validation uses source and method triangulation. Data analysis used descriptive techniques and simple mathematical analysis. Research result; (1) the quality of the craft arts productive training program is in the very satisfactory category (mean value of 93.31) with details; 2 (10%) the frequency of assessments is in the satisfactory category and 18 (90%) the frequency of assessments is in the very satisfying category, (2) the quality of productive arts and crafts training services is in the very satisfying category (mean value 92.42) with details; 9 (22.5%) service elements are in the satisfactory category and 31 (77.5%) service elements are in the very satisfying category, and (3) the quality of the instructor is in the very satisfying category (mean value 93.10), with a note; the lowest average score was at the concentration of wood craft expertise (90.18) and the highest average score was at the concentration of ceramic craft expertise (96.21). Judging from the quality of the upgrading; three graders (12%) are in the satisfactory category and 22 graders (88%) are in the very satisfactory category.
