However, many teachers still use conventional methods in teaching mathematics, such as students being directly taught abstract formulas and structures without being linked to the culture and reality of students' lives. This approach uses context as one of its characteristics which contains students' culture and daily activities. On the other hand, the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng has unique characteristics that can be used as a context for learning opportunities. This research aims to design an opportunity learning design using the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng which is familiar to the culture of students in the Java area. Learning opportunities are designed using the Design Research method, Validation Studies type, which consists of three phases, namely preliminary design, design experiment, and retrospective analysis. The results of the opportunity learning design obtained a learning trajectory consisting of four activities, namely first, introducing the traditional game cublakcublak suweng; second, identifying the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng; third, analyzing the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng; fourth, discover the mathematical concept of the traditional game cublak-cublak suweng. It is hoped that this research can contribute to knowledge in Indonesia regarding learning by using the context around students. Apart from that, it is hoped that it can become a reference for teachers or researchers in designing learning with similar topics or contexts.} }
