		abstract={The recruitment system is a series of activities to find and attract job applicants in order to realize the need to cover identification deficiencies in staffing planning, to get qualified employees. Companies open job vacancies because at this time the population in Indonesia is getting more and more dense and in the end they need a job for them to meet their needs. With the recruitment system to find employees to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia and to be able to meet their needs.
To select employees, they will be selected first. Recruitment selection is also the basis for selecting qualified employees who have more abilities, are creative and broad-minded. With this, employees will be able to work with the companies they want. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to obtain an overview of the recruitment system carried out by the company with various stages that are usually carried out in recruitment. With this approach, it is hoped that the research problem can be studied in depth.}
