Exploitasi Perindustrian Gaweredjo Surabaya is a company that manufactures T-shirts with Combed Cotton and Cotton Carded types. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, spirit at work and compensation for employee performance on PT. Exploitasi Perindustrian Gaweredjo Surabaya. The population used in this study were employees PT. Exploitasi Perindustrian Gaweredjo Surabaya of 210 people. Sampling in this study was carried out by the simple random sampling method. The number of samples was 68 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is a linear regression analysis technique and obtained the equation Y = 0.224 + 0.194X1 + 0.241 X2 + 0.336X3. The results of the F test show that the significance value is smaller than 5%. This means that the variable Work Discipline (X1), Spirit At Work (X2), Compensation (X3) simultaneously have an influence on Employee Performance (Y). The significance value of each t test is also smaller than 5%. This means that the variable Work Discipline (X1), Spirit At Work (X2), Compensation (X3) partially has an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, the compensation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance compared to other independent variables with the highest beta coefficient of 0.341.} }
