If the company wants to continue to grow and participate in the competition, the company should be able to improve the performance of its employees. Goals to be achieved in this research is to study about Transactional Leadership Style,Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Reward and Punishment on the performance of employees at PT. Home Center Indonesia, Informa Surabaya. The method used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Home Center Indonesia, Informa Surabaya as many as 350 peoples. Sample taken as many as 78 people as responden. Variables used in this research is the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), as well as the independent variables consisted of Transactional Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X2), Reward (X3) and Punishment (X4). The results showed that either simultaneously or in partial, Transactional Leadership Style, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Reward and Punishment has a significant influence on Employee Performance, which Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable have a dominant influence on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the results obtained with a value of 0,945. Therefore, the company should be able to maintain the nature of cooperation among employees in the company.} }
