The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, by collecting information data through interviews, documentation, observation, and questionnaires. This type of research data uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data, is data collected by conducting interviews and direct observation from the source. Secondary data is data obtained in readymade form, such as the internet and various existing documents. The results showed that the provision of compensation in improving the performance of employees at PT Factory Sugar Djombang which had been carried out so far, some felt it was not appropriate. Because the compensation given is adjusted to the grade listed in the PKB law (collective work agreement).} }
