Employee placement and training must also be considered, so the employee performance could be increase. But, in its implementation there are still obstacles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, placement and training on the performance of employee of PT. Insera Sena Sidoarjo. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study are all employee of PT. Insera Sena Sidoarjo, amounting to 370 people, of which 74 were sampled using the Probability Sampling method. The analysis method that used is multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test that is F test and t test. The results show that recruitment, placement and training have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performancewith a positive F 181.204 and a significance level of 0.000. Recruitment has a t count 2.305 with a significance level of 0.024. Placement variable has a t count 3.190 with a significance level of 0.002. Training variable has a t count 17.006 with a significance level of 0,000. So recruitment, placement and training have a positive effect partially on employee performance.} }
