		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceptions, motivations, interests, and knowledge of students about taxes on career choices in taxation. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the influence of variables X and Y both significantly influence. The results of the study are useful for interested parties, namely the university of Surabaya Bhayangkara University, especially the department of Accounting in improving the perceptions, motivations, interests, and knowledge of students about taxes on career choices in taxation.
	This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Surabaya. The sample of this study used a purpose sampling technique, namely Accounting students in 2015 with a population of 293 students and a sample of 75 students taken from the Slovin formula. This research instrument uses a questionnaire and tested with validity, reliability, regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test) using the SPSS application.}
