One of the way of to reach good performance hance needed the existence of style of communication, motivation and work environment. Data which is used in this research is primary data and data of sekunder. Primary data obtained from direct interview and result of kuisioner which filled by employees. And data of sekunder obtained from institution in the form of formal archives. Analysis appliance which isused in this research is doubled linear regresi. Result of the analysis is later, then analysed with Test of F, Test of T and Dominant Test . Based on the result of research by hypothesis test that the variable of communication, motivation and work environment have an effect on by simultan and significant to employees performance. While by parsial equal to variable communication have a significant effect on performance employees. Variable motivation have a significant effect on performance employees. Variable work environment have a significant effect on performance employees. While variable motivation have an effect of dominant test on performance employees in PT. Jasa Marga (Persero), Tbk Cabang Surabaya-gempol.} }
