This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction PT. 
Aspira Jaya Lestari in Palembang. In this study, the sample used was 30 
employees from PT.Aspira Jaya Lestari Palembang. Sample was taken by non?probability sampling technique. The data in this study were collected by 
questionnaires. The results of the research show that the motivation has positive 
and significant impact on job satisfaction. This research can be used as reference 
for further research.
