		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aim is to examine the effect of employee loyalty on employee 
performance at PT Efasindo Primantara Palembang. The sample from this study 
are 31 respondens. The sample technique from this research is the 
saturated/census sample. The hypothesis evaluation using the simple analyze of 
linier regression using the SPSS 17.0 program. Data analysis technique used is 
simple regression analysis to examine the effect of employee loyalty on employee 
performance at PT Efasindo Primantara Palembang. The result indicate that 
employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
