		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment on the 
performance of permanent teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. The sample 
used in this study is a permanent teacher in SMK Negeri 1 Palembang as many as 
53 people. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. The data analysis 
technique used is simple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 program. The 
results obtained showed that the physical work environment variables have a 
positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent teachers in SMK 
Negeri 1 Palembang.
