It is this weakness or decrease in the pelvic floor muscles that triggers urinary incontinence, namely urinating more than 8 times per day. Objective: The application of this Kegel exercise application aims to restore pelvic floor muscle strength in postmenopausal women. Methods: The application of this application was carried out in Sukarami Palembang Village on June 12-18 2023. The type of application application is one group post intervention. In implementing the application there were 2 residents in RT 18. Results: After being given the intervention of applying Kegel exercises for 7 days to respondent 1 (Mrs M) the results of urinary incontinence were partially resolved, while for respondent 2 (Mrs K) after being given the application of the Kegel exercises intervention the results of urinary incontinence were not resolved.
