Hormonal changes can cause hormonal imbalances and reduce sleep quality. According to the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey, the proportion of women aged 30-49 who experienced menopause reached 16.1%, with a total of 28,767 women. The proportion of women aged 30-49 who enter menopause increases with age, 10% for women aged 30-34 years, 17% for women aged 44-45 years and 43% for women aged 48-49 years. Non- pharmacological interventions that can be given are progressive muscle relaxation which aims to relax tense muscles, thus stimulating the release of the hormone Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which is a hormone that stimulates the amount of estrogen and progesterone released which in postmenopausal women these hormones experience a decrease Methods : using a descriptive method with a case study approach involving 2 respondents Results : application of research results photographed for intervention from several articles involving 2 respondents Conclusion : implementation of the evidence based practice implementation of progressive muscle relaxation did not increase the quality of sleep for the two respondents but the effect obtained was a fresher body, aches were resolved and the body was fresher} }
