This research is a case study research, collecting data using a survey method with a questionnaire (Likert scale). The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at DS Auto with a total of 30 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that compensation has an influence on employee performance. While the work environment has no influence on employee performance.
