In Indonesia, the number of MMR was high and reached 305/100, 000 LB and the number of Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) was 22/1,000 LB in 2015. In Palembang, the number of MMR was 20 cases and the number of Neonatal Mortality Rate (NMR) was 0.6/1,000 LB. Midwifery Care of COC is a continuous midwifery service from pregnancy, labor, newborn baby, postpartum, and family planning which aims to prevent complication risks during the pregnancy, labor, newborn baby, postpartum, and family planning in order to decrease the high number of MMR and IMR in Indonesia. The midwifery care with COC to Mrs. ?S? at ?E? Independent Midwifery Practice (IMP) Palembang was conducted from September 19, 2022 to May 4, 2023 and started from pregnancy, labor, newborn baby, postpartum, to neonate. The technique of collecting the research data was using primary and secondary data. The research design was case study that employing Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP) note. The result revealed that Mrs. ?S? had Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) and Mild Anemia in Trimester 1 and Trimester 2. The Hemoglobin (HB) was normal and the labor, newborn baby, postpartum, and neonate was still normal scope. The conclusions obtained were that the pregnancy was full term, the delivery was normal, the newborn was normal, the postpartum period was good, and the neonate was good and still within the normal scope or physiology. The IMP was suggested to maintain and increase the midwifery service quality.} }
