Pinago Utama, amounting to 60 people. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Therefore the aims of this study are: 1) To see whether or not there is a relationship between work discipline and employee performance. 2) To see whether or not there is a relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance. 3) To see whether or not there is a relationship between work discipline and self-efficacy with employee performance. The hypothesis test uses the product moment correlation, where in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance, a significance value of 0.00 is obtained and the Pearson Correlation is 0.971. In the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, a significance value of 0.00 is obtained, Pearson Correlation is 0.505. While testing the hypothesis with the F test obtained significant results between work discipline and self-efficacy with employee performance of 0.00 and F count 958.945. That is, the higher the work discipline and self-efficacy at PT. Pinago Utama, the higher the employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination test showed that the relationship in this study was 94.6% and the remaining 5.4% was explained by other factors not examined.
