Through employee involvement, it can increase employee performance to be higher than before and provide good commitment to the company. To be able to have high employee involvement in employees, supporting factors are needed, including career development and job satisfaction. Therefore the aims of this study are: 1) To see whether or not there is a relationship between career development and employee involvement. 2) to see whether or not there is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement. 3) To see whether or not there is a relationship between career development and job satisfaction with employee involvement. The sample of this research is private employees, amounting to 60 people. Classical assumption tests were carried out, namely: normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing on the relationship between employee involvement and career development obtained a significant value of 0.041. In the relationship between employee involvement and career satisfaction, a significant value of 0.046 is obtained. While testing the hypothesis with the F test obtained significant results on the relationship between career development and job satisfaction with employee involvement of 0.012 and F count 4.755.
