		abstract={The relationship between body image and negative self-confidence in female students can result in individuals not being able to socialize properly, individuals tend to see and compare themselves with others, some individuals feel insecure with themselves. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between body image and self-confidence. The participants of the study were active female students of psychology study program totaling 110 people. This research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through google forms. Hypothesis testing is done with the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that there was a relationship between body image and self-confidence in psychology students. The results of this study show that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between body image and self-confidence. It was found that the value of the correlation coefficient was 0.347 with a significance value of 0.000.
