Pinus Merah Abadi Palembang. This research is a case study with the data used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 52 respondents and conducted interviews. This study uses SPSS 24 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The first data analysis technique performed was validity and reliability tests to test the instrument. The second is to test the classical assumptions. The classic assumption test used is the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Then performed multiple linear regression analysis. The last is hypothesis testing, namely the t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test with the regression equation Y = a + bx1 + bx2 + e. The results of this study indicate that reward affects employee performance with t count > t table value (4.538 > 2.009575) and Punishment affects employee performance with t count > t table value (3.329 > 2.009575).
