One of the processes in the pre-analytical stage is the sample processing. The material for checking creatinine is serum. In the process of processing the blood sample is allowed to freeze between 20 ? 30 minutes. However, what happens in the field, how long blood clotting time is rarely considered. Purpose : To determine the creatinine level of blood serum that was frozen for 10 minutes and for 30 minutes before centrifuging.. Method : Methods: This research is a quantitative research with data analysis using the Paired T-Test Results : Results: The creatinine level of blood serum that was frozen for 10 minutes before being centrifuged was an average of 0.673 mg/dl and the creatinine level of blood serum that was frozen for 30 minutes before being centrifuged was an average of 0.673 mg/dl. Statistical analysis of the paired T-Test showed no significant difference in the creatinine levels of blood serum that was frozen for 10 minutes and for 30 minutes before centrifuging the results were 0.859 > 0.05. Conclusion : There was no significant difference in creatinine levels from frozen blood serum for 10 minutes and 30 minutes before centrifuging.} }
