The population in this study are limited companies . The sample in this study are manager who set by using purposive sampling method. The sample of 50 respondents was obtained. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver. 17.0. This study qualifies the validity, reliability, normality test, multikoliniaritas, and free from heteroscedasticity. The data was analysed by using the analysis of linier regression multiplied. The results of the research and the testing of the hypotesis showed that the work stress is negative influence on the managerial performance and the organization communication is positive influence on managerial performance, that meaning the first and second hypothesis were accepted.} }
