		abstract={The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the factors on the value of firm. The factors are dividend policy, debt policy, investment decision, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population of this study are all of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research using purposive sampling method for taking samples. The research sample was obtained 44 samples. Hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis method with help of SPSS ver. 17. The result of analysis show that the variables which influence significantly the firm value are dividend policy and debt policy. While variables that do not influence significantly the firm value are investment decision and corporate social responsibility.}
