@thesis{thesis, author={Yanti Tri}, title ={Perbandingan Kreatinin Metode Jaffe Dengan Metode Enzimatik Pada Alat Architect}, year={2023}, url={http://eprints.ukmc.ac.id/11175/}, abstract={Background: Serum creatinine is generally measured using chemical/reaction methods with alkaline picrate (Jaffe) and enzymatic methods. In this study, we compared the Jaffe method and the enzymatic method on the Architect tool. Objective: To determine whether the results correspond between Jaffe and enzymatic creatinine in serum samples Method: The type of research used was analytical observational with a cross sectional design. Serum was examined for creatinine using the Jaffe method and enzymatic method on an Architect C8000 instrument. The differences between the two results were analyzed using the Comparative Numerical Suitability test (Bland Altman) with a confidence level of 95% and the Limit of Agreement was between -5 and +5. Results: Of the 98 samples examined, the average creatinine value for the Jaffe method was 1.27 mg/dL with the lowest result being 0.45mg/dL and the highest result being 7.73mg/dL, while the average creatinine value for the enzymatic method was 1.25 mg /dL with the lowest result being 0.36 mg/dL and the highest result being 7.74 mg/dL. The test results showed that 98% of creatinine results were within the acceptable limits with a mean difference of 0.0193, lower limit of agreement -0.0719 and upper limit of agreement 0.1104. Conclusion: There is suitability/reliability in the creatinine results of the Jaffe method and the enzymatic method on the Architect C8000 device. This research shows that both methods can be used interchangeably on the Architect C8000 tool. Suggestion: Further research will be carried out on different tools.} }
