		abstract={This research aims to find out the influence of religiousness and spiritual beliefs on the success of the effort focused on the perpetrators of UMKM in Palembang City. The population in this study is the perpetrator of UMKM in Palembang City. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability samplings, which are convenience samplings and obtained a total of 122 respondents. The test of the hypothesis is carried out with a descriptive statistics test, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test using the data management method using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show that religiousness influences the success of enterprise and spiritual beliefs influence enterprise success.}
