		abstract={This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of job stress and multiple role conflict on the performance of private banking employees in Palembang city. The population in this study were female front office employees who are students and married in private banking in Palembang city. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The types of data in this study is primary data. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing in this study using SPSS 25 tool. The t test results show that job stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of private banking employees in Palembang city and dual role conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of private banking employees in Palembang city.}
