		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, and managerial ownership on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2020-2022. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used the purposive sumpling method and obtained 38 companies totaling 114 samples. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage, and liquidity have no significant effect on dividend policy and managerial ownership has a significant effect on dividend policy.}
