		abstract={This study aims to determine and analyze the variables of E-Service Quality and E-Trust have a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction of MySiloam application users in Palembang City. This research is quantitative research using primary data. This research uses non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents who are individual users of the MySiloam application in Palembang City. The results obtained showed that the E-Service Quality and E-Trust variables had a positive and significant influence on the E-Satisfaction of MySiloam application users in Palembang City.
