		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and company growth on dividend policy in mining sector companies in 2020-2022. The data used secondary data. The population in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 128 samples consisting of 45 companies. Hypothesis testing is done with logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability have a positive effect and company growth have a negative effect on dividend policy.}
