		abstract={This study aimed to examine the effect of EVA on the company's performance and profits of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015 period. Variables used in this research that the company's profit and the company's performance. The company's performance is a variable used moderate current ratio, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin. Sample selection technique used is purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained as many as 141 and after screning obtained a sample of 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) the simultaneous variable performance of the company and the company's profit does not affect the EVA, (2) partially the third ratio used to assess the company's performance has no effect on EVA (3) the company's profit partially positive effect on EVA.}
