		abstract={This research aims to see the influence of product differentiation and physical 
evidence which has a positive and significant influence on Bean Spot customer 
satisfaction in Palembang City. This research is quantitative research using 
primary and secondary data types. The population in this research is consumers 
who have consumed Bean Spot coffee with a frequency of visiting 2x. The sample 
in this study amounted to 107 respondents using the method purposive sampling. 
The analytical method used in this research is SPSS version 25 as the analysis tool. 
The research results obtained from this research show that product differentiation 
variables and physical evidence have a positive and significant influence on Bean 
Spot customer satisfaction in Palembang City.
