		abstract={PT Medan Smart Jaya is a company engaged in the field of National
Construction Services that builds various construction buildings. In this project ,
the construction of the 500/275kV Muara Enim Extra High Voltage Substation
(GITET) was carried out by PT Medan Smart Jaya. The function and role of
hospitalization is the process of checking or measuring the results of a job, one of
which is construction work that has been carried out by PT Medan Smart Jaya.
Based on the results of observational data during practical work on construction
construction carried out by contractors PT Medan Smart Jaya, there are still often
found procedures that are not appropriate or wrong when conducting
hospitalization in construction construction. Inappropriate mistakes made by
contractors PT Medan Smart Jaya is doing work that is not in accordance with the
measurement standards that have been determined on the drawing or layout. The
analysis used in this report is the analysis of factors that affect the effectiveness of
project time and the impact on cost effectiveness of construction projects. For this
reason, it is necessary to carry out stages and methods so that the measurements
are in accordance with the cubication and layout that has been determined by PT
