		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value with managerial ownership as a moderation variable. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was determined using Purposive Sampling method with certain criteria. The sample of the research is 43 companies. The analysis used classical assumption test, multiple regeresis analysis and hypothesis test with SPSS 21 assistance. The results of this test show the hypothesis is rejected that managerial ownership does not strengthen the relationship of capital structure to firm value.}
