		abstract={The purpose of this study is to determine whether foreign liability, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have an influence on hedging decisions in manufacturing companies. Some theories are used such as signaling theory, agency theory, and the concept of corporate governance. The population used is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. In determining the sample using purposive sampling to obtain 308 samples from the population. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that foreign liability has a positive effect on hedging, managerial ownership has a negative effect on hedging decisions, and institutional ownership does not affect hedging decisions.
